Buma Square signed 10 new lease transactions and attracted 4 new tenants

Krakow, 13 February 2024

Revetas Capital is pleased to announce the signing of 10 transactions at Buma Square office complex in Krakow since the start of 2024, including new leases and renewals, with a total GLA of 2,170 sqm.

A leading global language and translation services company has extended their lease in the complex, while Phobos, La Blanka, 2G4 and Play 4 Today have joined the Buma Square community as new tenants. Other companies operating in the IT, property management, financial services, construction industry will continue their collaboration with Buma Square, having extended their lease agreements.

Antonio Pomes, new Country Head Poland for Revetas

Krakow, 30 January 2024

Revetas Group has entered a new strategic partnership with Antonio Pomes, who joined the Revetas team as Director-Country Head Poland in the Portfolio Management department. In his new role, Mr. Pomes will be responsible for overseeing the Polish portfolio of assets, including Trinity One in Warsaw, Bonarka for Business “B4B” and Buma Square in Krakow. He will work closely with the Senior Management, Investment Management, and Property Management teams to ensure the success of the existing and future assets in Poland.

Mr. Pomes is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of expertise in the real estate and financial sectors, covering various management roles for international asset management, investment, and development companies and overseeing a diverse range of commercial assets accross Europe. His expertise lies in capital raise, underwriting, acquisition and disposition advisory, asset management, tenant relationships, and asset repositioning.
In his previous positions, he has successfully carried out investment transactions and managed institutional class real estate assets in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, UK, Hungary, and Poland, with an impressive portfolio of assets under management  with a total value above 4.0 Bn euro.

Antonio is an Italian national, currently based in Warsaw. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Business University “L. Bocconi”, Milan, Italy with a minor in Corporate Finance and is fluent in Italian, English and German.  

Skalski Dance School joins Buma Square business community

Krakow, 13 January 2024

Revetas Capital and CERES Management Services are pleased to announce the signing of a new ease at Buma Square with Skalski Dance School which will occupy 320 sqm retail space.

Marcin Skalski, Owner of Skalski Dance School declared: “We are happy to have our school at this complex, within an established location, easily accessed by public transport.”

Revetas Capital is pleased to announce the signing of 24 transactions at Buma Square Office Complex in Krakow during 2023 (renewals, expansions, new leases), resulting in a total GLA of 4,475 sqm, out of which 1,928 sqm were new leases. We extend a warm welcome to 5 new companies who have chosen Buma Square as their business address, including InterKadra Sp. z o.o. by Synergie, a leading employment and personnel consulting agency among the top 10, and Craft Restaurant Group .

New tenant in Buma Square

Revetas Capital and CERES Management Services are delighted to announce the signing of a new lease at Buma Square with Infra Plan, an engineering and project management company that provides design services for the construction industry. The tenant will occupy 288 sqm. In total, 4,150 sqm of lease transactions have been signed at Buma Square in 2023 which includes new leases and extensions.

A leading recruitment agency to occupy 756 sqm in Buma Square

Revetas Capital and CERES Management Services are delighted to announce the signing of a new lease transaction with Interkadra by Synergie, a leading recruitment agency in Poland. Interkadra by Synergie is a part of the Synergie Group, Europe’s 5th largest multi-specialist provider of HR and recruitment services, operating in 17 countries across 800 branches. 

Magdalena Winiarska from Interkadra by Synergie commented, “With its good visibility and accessibility by public transport, we believe that Buma Square will help us to attract the best talent, and help to further our business activities in Poland by growing our client base, while giving employees a comfortable working environment.”

Buma Square has secured Craft Restaurant Group as its newest canteen operator

Thanks to the CERES Management Services and Revetas Capital teams’ efforts a new canteen will be opened in our Buma Square office building in Krakow. The operator of the canteen is Craft Restaurant Group. The new tenant occupied 223 sqm.

Paweł Florczyk from Craft Restaurant Group said “With the established location of Buma Square, near a major roadway, public transport, and close vicinity to other office schemes, we are confident that this location will our business to be sustainable.”

BYLD Technologies moves into Buma Square in 2023

Buma Square welcomes BYLD Technologies to its list of new tenants. This IT company provides integrated software and hardware solutions for the construction sector. It recently took over approximately 800 sqm on the top floor of building A. The existing office was renovated to accommodate the tenant’s needs, including installation of a new kitchen and other improvements.
